All tools and materials are provided! In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn the basic techniques and knowledge of needle felting while creating your own handmade wool doll. You can design a felted version of your pet, make a cute character, or create a small piece to turn into a pin or gift. Needle felting is a craft that shapes wool by repeatedly poking it with a special barbed needle. This process gradually compacts the fibres, allowing you to sculpt soft wool into charming shapes and characters. With just a few simple techniques, you can transform wool into sweet, playful, or imaginative creations. During the workshop, artist Anita will introduce the essential tools, different types of wool, and beginner techniques. You will start with simple shapes such as a felted ball and gradually learn how to sculpt your own small doll. Once you’ve learned the basics, you’ll be able to design and create your own unique felted figure. Extra Bonus You can turn your creation into a keyring or brooch, all materials are included. At the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to take home everything you make. Who can join This workshop is open to anyone curious about needle felting and interested in exploring their creativity.
