There’s nothing better than finding a brilliant after-work activity, but what about an activity where you’ll not only make something, you’ll be able to wear it every day? This time HelloArt collaborates with an Australian brand FunkyFunYou and run this workshop together! It is not only a great class to go to with friends, it also makes a great gift for that person who is hard to buy for. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐣𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 : In this two-hour jewellery course, you’ll be able to learn how to make your very own funky jewellery by using our selection of handmade acrylic charms, and practice fun jewellery-making techniques (including how to design, how to paint your acrylic charms and how to use pliers to connect different pieces together etc.) Participants will be able to make and bring home 3 pairs of earrings in this workshop. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐣𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫: Anyone looking to create their own jewellery. It’s also a perfect gift experience as you are sure to create amazing memories with friends and family. This class is also great for a birthday or hen do. 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝: Perfect for beginners. 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞: 15mins - Workshop outline & material intro. 30mins - First Pair (use acrylic charms designed by FKFU, practice working with jewellery making tools & metal findings). 30mins - Second Pair (acrylic frame). 30mins - Third Pair (creative freedom! The founders' background in landscape architecture, fashion design and media informs their design process through vibrant colours, creation of miniature art and a funky perspective of what jewellery can be.
